First, I apologize to each and every one of you for my sporadic blog posting over the past few weeks. I've been consumed by a series of events I could never have predicted, including an unexpected medical emergency.
Nothing to worry about. I'm 100% back to normal, and just drove back across the US (from New Jersey to Arizona) to prove it.
But, here's the news that I'm totally excited to announce.
First, in case you haven't noticed, at the urging of several real estate industry friends and associates, I've expanded the content of my website and my training services to include real estate agents and appraisers.
And, after several months of preparation, I'm just about ready to launch my podcast that will be called, The Ken Jones Real Estate Show.
My new show is a podcast that you'll be able to listen to hear my real estate training and advice any time of the day or night, and anywhere you can put on a pair of buds.
You can listen in your car, at the gym, during your commute, or even while mowing the lawn.
And, the best part about it, is that it's TOTALLY FREE!
HERE'S WHAT THE SHOW'S ALL ABOUT . . .
First and foremost, I'll be discussing issues dealing with virtually every facet of real estate; from brokerage, to appraising, to finance, to legal issues like condemnation and environmental problems, to regulations, and almost anything and everything else associated with every type of real estate you can imagine.
Whether you're a real estate agent who wants to become more productive, or you're an appraiser who wants to learn new skills in order to expand your client base, or you're an investor looking to maximize net earnings, there will be plenty of valuable information that will improve your business.
We've all attended boring seminars and listened to equally boring podcasts until we became like that cranky old lady in the 1984 Wendy's TV commercial yelling, "WHERE'S THE BEEF?". That's why I've created my podcasts to give you nothing but the "beef" and presenting it in the most entertaining way possible.
Finally, I'm looking for your input, by providing comments and suggestions for new or different topics of interest to you. After all - it's all about providing you the information to help make you more successful.
Please sign up (in the green box below this post) to be among the first to find out the date of my first podcast of The Ken Jones Real Estate Show. It'll soon be available on iTunes, as well as on this website.
Thanks for your wonderful support; it's truly appreciated.
I look forward to hearing from you, soon!
