Yet, there are so many issues surrounding the issue of real estate appraisals that continue to either be unknown or misunderstood.

I've earned a number of professional appraisal designations from some of the most prominent professional organizations on the planet, I've served clients throughout the United States, Canada, Central America and western Europe, I've written and presented accredited real estate appraisal courses and seminars, and have served as Expert to the Superior Court of New Jersey.
